The Brambles by Eliza Minot
This is the first book by Minot that I’ve read. Her style reminds me of Anne Tyler’s, although Tyler is a better writer.
Three adult siblings are trying to cope with the various challenges of their individual lives, while at the same time coming to grips with their father’s terminal cancer. Then Edie, the youngest sibling, discovers a secret that brings the family together. It was a decent book, but nothing too exciting.
